Throughout the course of this entire deadly outbreak that officials warn is now on the verge of becoming an all-out pandemic, Donald Trump has made it strikingly clear that he has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about.
Frankly, Trump doesn’t particularly care that people are dying. He doesn’t care that it’s spreading within the United States. He doesn’t care that crucial supplies such as masks and gowns, things that could literally mean the difference between life and death, are quite literally running on empty.
Donald Trump cares how this crisis is affecting Donald Trump — most specifically, his chances and reelection — and that’s where his compassion for that matter comes to a screeching halt.
Earlier today, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was questioned regarding her feelings about Donald’s response to the rapid spread of the fatal virus thus far.
“Coronavirus is under control according to the president,” CNN Congressional report Manu Raju said to Pelosi this afternoon. “Your reaction to that?”
As always, Nancy’s response was short, sweet, and to the point.
“I don’t think the president knows what he’s talking about. Once again.”

Of course, Donald didn’t care for that. And in Trump world, there’s simply no such thing as just not responding.
So, frankly, I was rather unsurprised though still completely disgusted, when Donald took precious time out of his press conference where he was supposed to be addressing the deadly epidemic, to launch what I’m sure he felt was a “counter” attack against the House Speaker for daring to say something not nice about him.
When questioned by a reporter about Pelosi’s statement earlier in the day, Trump wasted no time in delving into an all-out tirade against Nancy as well as Chuck Schumer.
“I think Speaker Pelosi’s incompetent,” Donald declared from the podium. “She lost the Congress once, I think she’s gonna lose it again. She lifted my polls up ten points. I never thought that I would see that so quickly and so easily.”
“I’m leading everybody,” he continued. “We’re doing great. I don’t want to do it that way, it’s almost unfair if you think about it. But I think she’s incompetent. And I think she’s not thinking about the country.”

That sure is an awful lot of words just to say, “I have no fucking idea what I’m doing.” But okay, boomer.
